諮詢工作
中心從1992 年 4 月開始為牛津郡華僑提供諮詢服務。
諮詢類別包括：消費者權益、治安、教育、就業、住屋、醫療服務、精神健康、福利。
目前，中心僅有極其有限的健康和心理健康諮詢經費。若有足夠的義工及資源，
中心會幫助長者及有需要人士獲得福利和服務，並轉介他們給相關機構。
